Welcome to ShinichiCash, a mobile lending assistance platform developed and maintained by Shinichi Tech Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). ShinichiCash serves as a digital bridge between borrowers and licensed lenders. Loan disbursement and underwriting are facilitated exclusively through LOGIX FINANCE & INVESTMENT PRIVATE LIMITED ("Logix Finance"), a registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) operating under applicable Indian law.

By downloading, registering for, or accessing the ShinichiCash application ("App"), you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after any such updates will indicate your agreement to the revised Terms.

2. Role of the Platform

ShinichiCash functions as a digital interface that enables users to initiate and manage personal loan applications. The App is not a lender or financial institution. All credit assessment, loan sanctioning, and disbursement decisions are the sole responsibility of Logix Finance, the NBFC partner.

Shinichi Tech Private Limited exclusively offers technology services and does not participate in lending decisions or hold any responsibility for the approval or rejection of loans.

3. Eligibility Requirements

You may only access ShinichiCash if you:

• Are 18 years of age or older;
• Are a legal resident of India;
• Possess valid identity documentation and the capacity to enter binding agreements.

By using this App, you confirm that all data provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date. Misrepresentation may lead to denial of service and potential legal action.

4. Services Offered

Through ShinichiCash, users can:

• Submit digital loan requests;
• Upload identity, employment, and financial documentation;
• Track the status of loan applications and disbursal;
• Receive notifications and support regarding loan-related activities.

Loan offers, interest rates, repayment tenures, and eligibility outcomes are exclusively managed by Logix Finance.

5. User Registration

To access services via the App, you must complete a registration process requiring:

• Your full legal name and contact information;
• Government-issued identification (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN);
• Income verification and employment details;
• Bank account information.

You agree that all personal and financial information submitted is accurate and current. Falsification may lead to account suspension or legal proceedings.

6. Permitted Use

By using ShinichiCash, you agree to:

• Use the platform solely for lawful and personal borrowing purposes;
• Avoid uploading harmful, illegal, or misleading content;
• Refrain from attempting to breach system security or disrupt operations;
• Not impersonate any individual or entity.

Any misuse may result in termination of access without prior notice.

Your data, including personal and financial details, is collected during registration and loan application. This information is securely shared with Logix Finance for evaluation and processing purposes.

• With Logix Finance for the purpose of assessing your loan application;

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Shinichi Tech Private Limited nor Logix Finance will be liable for:

• Loss of revenue, reputation, or data;
• Any indirect, incidental, or special damages;
• Temporary interruptions or errors in the App's functionality.

Use of the App is at your sole risk.

12. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ShinichiCash without notice if:

• You violate these Terms;
• You engage in illegal or harmful conduct;
• Your actions compromise platform security or reliability.

Termination does not absolve you from any pending financial obligations to Logix Finance.

13. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, governmental actions, network failures, or civil disturbances.

15. Updates to the Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Notification of changes may be provided through the App or our official website. Continued use after such updates will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
